Mooi offers private consultations for women interested in discussing vaginal rejuvenation and other intimate wellness options.
Your consultation with Dr. Botha includes a review of your medical history, current concerns, previous care, medications, relevant safety considerations and personal goals.
Not every patient is a candidate, and scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that a particular procedure or device will be recommended.
What Is Vaginal Rejuvenation?
The procedure offered at Mooi may involve two energy-based devices:
Fractional CO₂ Laser
The fractional CO₂ laser applies controlled laser energy to selected vaginal tissue.
HIFU
High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound delivers focused ultrasound energy at clinician-selected tissue depths.
Depending on your evaluation, Dr. Botha may discuss one device or a combination of both. Device selection, settings and treatment planning are determined individually.
How Is Candidacy Determined?
Dr. Botha may consider:
- Medical and gynecologic history
- Current medications
- Previous procedures or surgeries
- Pregnancy status
- Active infections or untreated conditions
- Potential contraindications
- Current concerns and personal goals
- Whether additional evaluation or coordinated care is needed
Some concerns may require medical evaluation or another form of care before an elective procedure is considered.
